What would you like to know?

How can I make a reservation?

You can book by filling in the reservation form on the “Rooms and prices” page. You will receive a reply from us as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation or change
Our guest can cancel or change the booking contract before arrival. Deviations from the contract, such as cancelation or rebooking, must be noted in writing: This can be done by e-mail.
The following conditions apply:

Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
Within 14 days before arrival 100% of the deposit paid. This also applies if you do not show up on the agreed arrival day.

We advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival & Departure times

Arrival is possible from 16:00 and departure is possible until 11:00 at the latest.

What are your opening hours?

We open daily at 16:00, so check-in is possible from 16:00. We are closed between 11:00 and 16:00.

Opening hours bar and terrace

Sunday to Thursday: from 16:00 to 00:00;
Our terrace is open until 22:00

Friday and Saturday from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am;
Our terrace is open until 11:00 pm

The consumption of food and drinks brought into our restaurant, bar or on the terrace is not permitted.

Do you have neighbors? Of course we do! That’s why we ask our guests to go inside at some point in the evening and continue their stay in our bar, because our neighbors also like to enjoy their night’s rest.

How can I pay my bill?

Payment in cash or by card is possible. Payment by credit card is not possible.

Dinner time?

Dinner is at 18:30 and we eat together

Can I choose from the menu?

It is not possible to choose from the menu with us; dinner with us is a set dish and takes place together. Our dinner time is your chance to socialize with other guests.

I have dietary requirements, how do I let you know?

Please contact us via the contact form, stating your booking number. We would like to know a week in advance what we can consider for you.

 

Parking

Parking is possible in our own parking lot; this area is partly covered. Parking is at your own risk. Are you coming with car + trailer? There is (limited) space for this.
Please contact us in advance.

Bed linen / towel service

Your stay includes bed linen and towels. In the context of sustainability, towels are changed every other day (if desired). You can indicate that you need clean towels by placing them on the floor. Do you need clean towels more often than every other day? Then we ask for an extra charge of € 2,00 per towel.
